Cara Magazine was great to feature us again and you might spot a nice editorial we did for them end of last year.
It was one of those photoshoots we always wanted to do but never really got around in doing it – Golf and its culture on one of the best Golf courses in Ireland, if not one of the best around the world. Over the period of three days we travelled around co. Kerry with two great golfers – american writer Jonathan Dee and his friend from USA.
Early Monday morning call at the Ballybunion Golf course was a crazy start we all sort of expected. The weather was crazy and constantly changing with cloudy skies you can be prepared for in Ireland. The course itself lying on the coast with a great view of the ocean did not help with the cover from the wind. It was difficult to hold a camera in the conditions like that not to mention playing golf. Guys had some fun and though as devastated as you can be I believe it left them with great spirits for the next day. We then went on to Killarney Golf and Fishing Club with great Carrantuohill Mountain in the background. The weather was kind enough to change for us and we’ve got a chance to dry our clothes a bit and blue sky came out. Beautiful day and great conditions for the round of golf – at least according to the guys.
So, wherever you are flying this great months – if it is for some nice Valentine’s Day date in Paris or you are travelling to Boston for St. Patricks – grab yourself a copy of Cara Magazine onboard Aer Lingus flight and have a read, maybe this will inspire you to go golfing just like it did for us. We even made it to contributors’ page!
Ps. If you aren’t traveling anywhere – don’t worry Cara Magazine can be found HERE.
